Privacy policy

Viper Shop collects personal data and special data (CNP), on the pages of its sites, only with the voluntary consent of the User or Customer, for the following purposes:
validating, dispatching and invoicing orders to him/her;
resolving cancellations or problems of any kind relating to an order or contract, services or products purchased by the User;
to ensure his access to the service;
to send newsletters and/or periodic alerts, using electronic mail (e-mail, SMS) and/or telephone calls;
contacting him/her at his/her voluntary request;
contacting him/her in Customer Relations matters;
statistical purposes.
By creating the Account, each user or Customer has expressed his/her consent for Viper Shop to collect and manage his/her personal data, under the conditions and in compliance with the provisions of Law 677/2001.
Any user or Customer has the right to obtain from Viper Shop, by means of a written, signed and dated request, free of charge:
confirmation that data concerning him/her are or are not processed by it
where appropriate, rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing is not in accordance with the law, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data;
where appropriate, the transformation into anonymous data of data whose processing does not comply with the law;

notification to third parties to whom the data have been disclosed of any operation carried out under points (b) or (c), unless such notification proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort compared with the legitimate interest likely to be harmed.
By virtue of voluntary registration on the Viper Shop website or accessing (ordering) Viper Shop products/services, the User or Customer agrees to (and consents to) the processing of personal data by Viper Shop in its own computer system, both manually and automatically, for the purposes set out in point 6.1, in accordance with Article 5 paragraph 1 of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection and processing of personal data. If the User or Customer does not agree with the processing of his/her personal data by Viper Shop, he/she has the right not to use the website and not to provide Viper Shop with personal data.
Any User or Customer has the right to object at any time, for justified and legitimate reasons related to his/her particular situation, by submitting to Viper Shop a written, dated and signed request that data concerning him/her be processed, unless otherwise provided for by law. In case of justified opposition, the processing may no longer concern the data in question.

 

Any user or Customer has the right to object at any time, free of charge and without any justification, by submitting to Viper Shop a request in writing, dated and signed, that data concerning him or her be processed for direct marketing purposes, on behalf of the controller or a third party, or be disclosed to third parties for such purposes.
Viper Shop may also unintentionally collect other data (IP address, time of visit, place of access, internet browser name and version, operating system, including other parameters) provided by the internet browser through which the site is accessed and may be used by Viper Shop to improve the services offered to its Customers or Users, or for statistical purposes; except in the case of violation of the provisions of the document, in the event that the result of the User/Customer's actions is contrary to the interests or causes damage of any kind on the part of Viper Shop and/or any third parties with whom Viper Shop has partnership contracts at that time.

 

The customer has the right to object, within the limits provided for in Article 6.1, to the collection of his personal data and to request their deletion, thereby revoking his consent given for the document, and thereby waiving any implied right specified therein and without any further obligation of either party towards the other or without either party being able to claim damages from the other.
In order to exercise the rights under Article 6.3, the Customer or the User shall contact Viper Shop, by accessing one of the methods stipulated under Article 5.3.
Using the forms available on the site, the Customer or User has the right to modify the data that he/she initially declared in order to reflect any change that has occurred, if any.
If the Client opts for online payment of the order, contract and/or contract value, the authorization and remittance for settlement of card acceptance transactions shall be carried out exclusively through EuPlatesc.

All types of cards issued by Romanian and foreign banks under the VISA and MasterCard logos are accepted provided that the issuing banks have activated them for online payment.
Viper Shop does not request and does not store any information related to the Customer's bank card or cards, these being processed directly on the servers of the online payment service provider.
Viper Shop's privacy policy relates only to data voluntarily provided by the Customer or User exclusively on the website. Viper Shop is not responsible for the privacy policy practiced by any other third party that may be reached through links, regardless of their nature, outside the site.

Viper Shop undertakes that the data collected from the Customer/User will only be used in accordance with the stated purposes and will not make public, sell, rent, license, transfer, etc. the database containing information relating to the personal or special data of the User/Customer to any third party not involved in the fulfilment of the stated purposes.
An exception to the provisions of Article 6.9 shall be made in the event that the transfer/access/viewing/etc. is required by the competent authorities in the cases provided for by the regulations in force at the time of the event.

The bank card processor(s) approved by the Viper Shop has the right to access/view any data/documents, generated as a result of an issued order, cancelled order, contract, cancelled contract or honoured contract, to investigate any Transaction, if any.
Viper Shop guarantees that a User's personal data, collected through the contact form, will only be used until the problem communicated by the User has been solved, after which it will become exclusively statistical data.
Viper Shop shall not be liable for any failure that may endanger the security of the server on which the database containing this personal data is hosted.
